Can I use the archives?
Anyone wishing to access archival documents held at the Imec must provide proofs that they are carrying out research related to the collections. The purpose of this research may be academic, editorial, documentary...
Students must provide a letter from their research supervisor.
How do I register?
If this is your first time researching the Imec collections, you must first get in touch with the Imec library and archives help desk by filling in the online form. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an e-mail giving general information on the collections as well as practical information concerning your stay at the Ardenne Abbey.
If you have visited the archives in the past, you do not need to fill in a new registration form. Simply get in touch with the library and archives help desk by e-mail to make an appointment and request documents (chercheurs@imec-archives.com).
